Agents & downlines
The recruit-and-manage hierarchy inside a club: agents, their players, master agents, and the downlinks between them.
The agent network is how players are recruited and managed inside a club. A player can be assigned to an agent; that agent can sit under a master agent. It is Commission follows at most one agent and that agent's master, using each player's attributed rake: player → agent → master agent. Club roles and commission relationships are separate: a person with the Master Agent role can also play, have a personal agent, and manage their own players and affiliated agents.
Agents and their direct downliners
- A player assigned directly to an agent is that agent's direct downliner.
- An agent sees only their own direct downliners, earns commission on the rake those players generate, and decides each player's share within the rakeback pool.
- A Member, Agent, Master Agent or Manager can have a personal agent. The club Owner cannot. Promoting a Member to Agent or Master Agent does not, by itself, remove their personal agent.
Master agents and downlinks
- A master agent can have affiliated agents, called downlinks, each with its own configured split. A downlinked agent may themselves hold the Master Agent role.
- The master-agent share is calculated from rake attributed to the downlinked agent's direct downliners. It is not a percentage taken from the agent's commission.
- An agent can have at most one master agent for that relationship. Each player's rake has at most one agent recipient and one master-agent recipient; the calculation does not continue through further master-agent links.
A higher role can still have a personal agent
Adam joins as a Member with Ben as his personal agent. Ben is affiliated with master agent Chris. The owner then promotes Adam to Master Agent. Adam gains that role's permissions, but Ben remains his personal agent. This is a valid configuration: the link concerns Adam's own play, not control over Adam's agent business. Ben does not gain permission to change Adam's role or manage his downlinks.
Where commission stops
Suppose Peter is Adam's direct downliner and Adam has affiliated agent Alice, whose direct downliner is Paul. Jack is Adam's master agent for Adam's direct-downliner business. These relationships produce separate commission paths:
- Adam plays: Adam → Ben → Chris.
- Peter plays: Peter → Adam → Jack.
- Paul plays: Paul → Alice → Adam. The path stops at Adam.
Here the arrows run from the player generating rake to their agent, then to that agent's master. Shares depend on the configured percentages. Jack gets no share from Paul's rake through this chain and no cut of Adam's master-agent earnings. Ben and Chris do not receive a share of Peter's or Paul's rake merely because Ben is Adam's personal agent. These examples explain commission attribution, not access to financial reports. Joining via referral
When someone requests to join a club they can include a referral ID naming an agent. If it matches a valid agent-capable member, the request is tagged for that agent, and on approval the new player is assigned to them automatically — with the assignment recorded like any other admin action. Agents see these as referred join requests they can approve themselves.
Managing direct downliners' chips
An agent can Send chips to their own direct downliners and Claim Back chips from them — these are transfers, not minting. Master-agent authority alone does not let you move chips to a downlinked agent or that agent's players.
