Operating
Running a club
The owner/manager side: configuring a club, admitting members, moving chips, opening games, and reading the reports.
Creating a club makes you its owner. From there, the Club Admin panel (owner/manager only) is where you configure the club and run its day-to-day operations.
Configuration & membership
- General settings — name, description, currency symbol (cosmetic only), and discoverability (a public club appears in Browse Public and accepts join requests; a private club is invisible and only the owner is inside).
- Join requests — non-members apply to a public club; an owner or manager approves or declines. Approval is where the rake-share split for that member is recorded.
- Members — change roles, ban/remove, assign players to agents, set rakeback pools, and grant/revoke super-agent authority. See Roles & permissions.
- Ownership transfer — the owner can offer the club to another member; the offer stays pending until accepted, declined, or revoked.
- Union membership — request an invitation from a union, respond to invitations, and negotiate fee terms. See Running a union.
Chips & games
- Chip management — mint, burn, and transfer chips, all written to the club ledger. See Chips & your wallet.
- Tables & tournaments — create cash tables (variant, stakes, seats, action timer) and Sit & Go tournaments (format, buy-in, fee, one-off or recurrent).
- Tournament cancellation — owner-only, two-step: a written refund plan first, a separate approval before any chips move. What players receive is described in Games & tables.
- Hand Database — browse the whole club's hands with pot, rake, and stakes.
Reports
- Owner Summary — the business landing page: gross rake/fee, club-retained net, settlement P&L, and generated-vs-claimed rakeback and commission, with per-member and per-agent rows.
- Rake Summary — rake diagnostics with KPI cards and by-table / by-player breakdowns.
- Admin Summaries — detailed tabs for rake/fees, chips, agent contribution, agent financial, and MGold.
