Why you might not see something you expected — and what the connection and table states mean.
Many "something's wrong" moments in MPoker are actually the system working as designed: a permission boundary, a privacy rule, or a safety stop. This page explains the common ones.
"Why can't I see this?"
- A table, report, or admin option is missing — your role in this club doesn't include it. Powers are per-club; you may have it elsewhere. See Roles & permissions.
- A hand won't open — you weren't a participant, or it's outside your scope. Hand access is re-checked on every request. See Hand history.
- You have no chips in a club you just joined — balances are per-club and start at zero until an operator grants you chips. See Chips & your wallet.
- A club shows only a public card, not the lobby — you're not a member yet; request to join and wait for approval.
"Why is it asking / refusing?"
- Asked to pick a club when sitting down — it's a union table and more than one of your clubs belongs to that union. Pick the club whose chips (and rakeback deal) you want behind this seat. See the overview.
- Can't leave a club — you still have chips in play there: a seat at one of its tables (or a union table entered through it), a tournament registration, or a paid queue spot. Stand up and unregister first; the block protects your refunds.
- A club can't leave its union — same rule one level up: no departure while any of the club's players are seated, registered, or queued in union games.
- A tournament you registered for was cancelled — your chips come back to the club balance you entered through, as its own ledger entry. What comes back and when is described in Games & tables.
Pending and blocked states
- Pending membership — your join request is waiting for an owner/manager. A referral ID that turned out invalid is simply ignored.
- Blocked admin action — an approval or promotion that would exceed the club's plan limits is refused with a "Review Plan & Billing" message. See Plans & billing.
- Approval temporarily blocked — an agent's allowance figures are stale; reload the profile and try again.
Table & connection states
- Halted / unavailable table — if a problem is detected the table can be stopped and its actions disabled rather than risk playing on with numbers that might be wrong. Wait for it to recover; nothing on a halted table is lost.
- Connection status — the top bar shows Online / Connecting / Reconnecting / Offline. On a drop, the app reconnects automatically and can reopen your live tables.
- Retry banner — if automatic reconnection is exhausted, a banner appears; click Retry to reconnect.
